DAY 12 (BB) - Chamouille to Calais - Mileage approx. 145 miles
Departing after breakfast, today sees you making your final journey back to Calais and the UK. Again you will have the choice of taking a Scenic or a more direct drive to rendezvous with your return P&O Ferry crossing back to Dover.
DAY 1 (D) - Calais to Bascharage - Mileage approx. 250 miles
P&O Ferry Crossing - Dover / Calais followed by the choice of taking a Scenic or direct drive through France and Belgium to Bascharage, Nr Luxembourg for your overnight stop where you'll have the opportunity to meet your fellow travellers at a welcome group dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2 (HB) - Bascharage to the Black Forest - Mileage approx. 200 miles
Departing the hotel after breakfast, today you will have the choice of taking a scenic or direct drive through France and Germany before arriving in the Black Forest and the Landhaus Lauble Hotel in Hormnberg, your base for the next 4 nights

DAY 4 (HB) - The Day at Leisure in the Black Forest
OR - Enjoy a scenic drive on the German Clock Road (Deutsche Uhrenstrasse) What could be more typical of the region than the German Watch-and-Clock Makers Road (Deutsche Uhrenstrasse)? It links the Black Forest villages, museums and clock manufacturers that continue the centuries-old tradition of making timepieces, including, of course, the famous cuckoo clock! And it is so pretty, too: forest and meadow, trout streams and shingle-roofed Black Forest farmhouses.
DAY 5 (HB) - The Day at Leisure in the Black Forest
OR - Visit to the National Automobile Museum in Mulhouse with 400 vehicles on show, the Schlumpf Collection is certainly the most prestigious collection in the world and well worth a visit. Then in the afternoon explore the Alsace Wine Road to the picture-postcard town of Colmar before returning to the hotel late afternoon.
DAY 6 (HB) - The Day at Leisure in the Black Forest & Board Criosi Europe MS France in Strasbourg
The day is at leisure to relax and enjoy the sights and attractions in the Black Forest before a late afternoon transfer to Strasbourg where you'll board Croisi Europe's luxurious River cruise ship, MS France. After settling into your cabins, you'll be introduced to the crew at a welcome cocktail followed and dinner. Tonight you can enjoy an optional excursion by river boat through old Strasbourg by night (subject to availability). Secure car parking has been arranged at the Landhaus Lauble Hotel for the duration on the cruise.

DAY 3 (HB) - The Day at Leisure in the Black Forest
OR - Enjoy a spectacular drive on the B500 Schwarzwaldhochstrasse to the famous spa town of Baden Baden
Anyone visiting the Black Forest by car must drive the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse. At about 3,000 feet/900m, the 44 mile stretch of the B500 road runs along the ridges of this low mountain range. Along the way, you can look up at the 1,493m Feldberg, the highest point in the Black Forest, and down into some spectacular ravines.
DAY 7 (FB) - Cruising from Strasbourg to Rudesheim
The morning will be spent cruising the mighty River Rhine. Once in Rudesheim optional excursions include:
A Tourist Train Ride with wine tasting and visit to the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments.
A Walking Tour through the vineyards of Rudesheim
The evening is at leisure to relax on board or enjoy the famous Drosselgasse, known as the livliest street in Germany featuring an array of shops, restaurants and bars with Rhineland bands.
DAY 8 (FB) - Cruising from Rudesheim to Koblenz
The morning will be spent cruising the mighty River Rhine from Rudesheim to Koblenz. In the centre of Koblenz you'll see a statue of William the Great marking the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers and a cable car connects to the hilltop Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. Today you can join an optional excursion (included) during which you can discover the old town of Koblenz with its romantic narrow streets, picturesque courtyards and small, cosy squares where numerous cafés invite you to come and sit for a while.
DAY 9 (FB) - Cruising from Koblenz to Mainz
The morning will be spent cruising the mighty River Rhine from Koblenz to Mainz. Mainz is known for its old town, with half-timbered houses and medieval market squares. A distinctive octagonal tower tops the Romanesque Mainz Cathedral, built of deep red sandstone. Optional Excursion today include:

DAY 10 (FB) - Cruising from Mainz to Mannheim
The morning will be spent cruising the mighty River Rhine from Mainz to Mannheim, located on the Rhine and Neckar rivers. The baroque 18th-century Mannheim Palace houses historical exhibits, Marktplatz Square features a baroque fountain with statues and the Planken shopping street leads southeast to the Romanesque Water Tower, in the art nouveau gardens of Friedrichsplatz.Optional Excursion today include:

Tonight you'll enjoy a gala evening and dinner on board the MS France.
DAY 11 (FB) - Strasbourg to Hornberg to Chamouille - Mileage approx. 200 miles
Disembarkation from the MS France will be after breakfast followed by the transfer back to Hornberg and the Landhaus Lauble Hotel to collect your car. Today your journey takes to through Germany into France where you'll enjoy an overnight stop at the popular lakeside Hotel du Golf in Chamouille with dinner included.
